LSRFUR are pleased to announce the details and locations for another run of our successful Take Up The Whistle courses.
The purpose of this course is to encourage all people to take up refereeing rugby union, be that current/former players, parents or coaches.
The course provides an introduction to refereeing the 15 a-side game, including outdoor, practical elements, so suitable clothing is required! Each participants receives a whistle, lanyard and red/yellow cards at the start of the course.
Courses are held at local schools/ clubs and can be completed on a weekend morning or over two evenings. Each course is presented by experienced referees from the society.

• Grasshoppers RFC (TW7 5PN) : 11 & 18 November 2019
• Battersea Ironsides RFC (SW17 0AW): 15 & 22 November 2019
• Old Reigatians RFC (RH2 8JX) 20 & 27 November 2019
• Guildford RFC (GU7 3BU): 15 & 22 January 2020
