As this is the final year of Andrew’s Presidency, we want to make this year’s dinner our best yet. We are putting together a guest list that we hope will make it a night to remember—but the most important guests will, of course, be you, our members
The annual society dinner will return to the Millennium Gloucester Hotel on Thursday 19th November 2026. Start time 6:30 pm
Guest speaker this year is (Dublin born) World Cup winner for England, Kyran Bracken. Kyran was part of the England team in 2003 that won the Webb Ellis Trophy. A skilful scrum half, earning him 170 Saracens caps and 50 for England. Some of us will have encountered Kyran when he reached the pinnacle of his career as the Wanstead RFC Head Coach!

Dress code for the evening will be Black Tie and will start with a drinks reception from 18:30, then dinner at 19:30.
This year, recognising the financial pressures many people are facing, we have kept ticket prices unchanged. The early-bird rate is £45, reduced to £35 for members aged 24 and under, and includes a three-course dinner and coffee.
These prices are available until midnight on 6th September (Conference Day). Tickets will then increase to £55 until Friday 16 October, and to £65 until sales close on Sunday 15 November until 15th November.
This year the ticket prices includes 2 pre-dinner drinks, subject to availability.
To book your place please follow the link below. Along with payment you will be able to specify any dietary requirements or food allergies.
Additionally, you will be able to state any seating preferences at point of booking. Group bookings are welcome and groups will be seated together. However, there will be a conscious effort to seat all members with their peers in an informed manner (Region, Levels, etc.). If you know your guest names, please provide those when booking the tickets, if not, let us know as soon as you can at dinner@londonrugby.com. This will also include dedicated tables for the 24 and under members and guests.

£65/£35 until 15th November (last day of sales)
All tickets include a three-course dinner and 2 pre-dinner drinks, subject to availability.
The last date for booking - together with full payment - is Sunday 15th november.
