Regional Meetings

2025/2026 WEST meetings

We hold Regional meetings approximately once a month, usually somewhere in the Richmond area. Dates for the season are posted below (shortly) but advance notice of meetings is always given  by email/Who's The Ref. We look forward to seeing you there.

Everyone is welcome from any region. All meetings begin at 19:30.

 

Annual REGIONAL Dinner

Our Annual Dinner takes place in May at the Royal Mid-Surrey Golf Club. In 2027 it takes place in May, see Upcoming Events below.

  • Fixture is not on WhosTheRef

  • Fixture is not in the next month

  • An appointment has been made, but the referee has not yet confirmed acceptance

  • The fixture is being appointed to by another region - e.g. SEG (for Level 5), Development (for Level 6/7), Midweek (for games on Monday to Friday)
