Serious Injury Reporting
In the case of a serious injury, defined as any incident to which an ambulance is called, please complete this Serious Injury Form and return to your Regional Manager/Midweek Manager. Do not send to the RFU.
If in any doubt, please contact your Regional Manager/Midweek Manager for advice.
Refereeing Overseas
If you wish to referee outside England, including on official exchange, please complete the Refereeing Overseas Form at the earliest opportunity and certainly in advance of travel.
Hosting an overseas referee
If you are hosting a visiting referee, please complete this Permission To Host form and email it to our General Secretary, Will Foster, prior to hosting.
