Competitive team sport would be mere recreation without those who uphold the laws of the game. Proudly supported by the London Society of Rugby Football Union Referees (LSRFUR), 16 teams descend on St Joseph's Schools Rugby Festival for a weekend of fierce competition.
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of long-time London & South East Region member, David Plews. As many of you know, David was fighting a brave and determined battle with cancer, which he sadly lost on September 24th.
The 2025 LSRFUR Conference took place at Twickenham Stadium on 31st August. It was a hugely successful day, with over 200 attendees and a variety of insightful and interactive presentations delivered to our members.
On the eve of the semi-finals. we were extremely fortunate to be able to host several Match Officials from the the Women’s Rugby World Cup, for a special Society event in central London.
