Serious Injury Reporting
In the case of a serious injury, defined as any incident to which an ambulance is called, please complete this Serious Injury Form and return to your Regional Manager/Midweek Manager. Do not send to the RFU.
If in any doubt, please contact your Regional Manager/Midweek Manager for advice.
PERMISSION to Referee Overseas
If you wish to referee overseas you must complete a Permission to Referee Overseas Permission to Referee Overseas Form.
Once completed, e-mail to our General Secretary, Peter Coulthard, before you travel. This form is essential to ensure that you are covered by the RFU's insurance to referee.
Hosting an overseas referee
If you are hosting a visiting referee, please complete this Permission To Host form and email it to our General Secretary, Peter Coulthard, prior to hosting.
